It's been three years since classical pianist Bojana Antovic entered the world of sourdough with determination. After transforming her living room into a microbakery, leBread moved into its first own location in August 2022: an 11 m2 former reception in an interim use building on Eigerplatz in Bern.
We've been selling 100% sourdough products using organic and local products for a year now, and leBread has been a great adventure.
However, 11 m2 is no longer enough for us to operate and, as one dream fulfilled leads to another to come, the new project is to rent the adjoining 17 m2 studio and to furnish the space in such a way that we obtain a new bakery area of 28 m2.
The total cost for the purchase of the new machines and the necessary work is estimated at CHF 25,000. As the leBread team is convinced of the relevance and success of such an investment, we call on you to support us.

As a thank you for your contribution, we will organize two events for our donors, where we will combine the tasting of leBread products with musical performances. Between September and October, there will be a brunch concert in Geneva and an aperitif concert in Bern. The exact dates will follow in the coming weeks and we look forward to spending these moments with you!
