We’re looking for a baker with at least one year of professional bakery/kitchen/pastry experience to join our growing team at leBread.
At leBread, we’re passionate about sourdough and crafting high-quality, handmade bread, buns, and scones. Everything we make is shaped by hand and made with care.
Our open production kitchen is part of the café—bright, welcoming, and fully equipped to support our team of skilled artisan bakers. We focus on quality over quantity, with no wholesale production, which means we give full attention to the details that make our baked goods truly special. Each week, we shape thousands of loaves and pastries by hand, while continually developing new recipes and ideas together as a team.
Who You Are

You have previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment

Confident working with both bread, brioche and scone dough

Confident working with bread ovens and baking equipment

Efficient and able to multitask while staying organized

A great communicator who works well independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented and passionate about quality

Creative and eager to develop new products

Proud of your craftsmanship and presentation

Comfortable in a busy, open-kitchen environment

Reliable, positive, and proactive

A fast learner with a strong commitment to improving skills and techniques
Your Responsibilities

Daily production of fresh sourdough breads and buns
-
Maintaining our starters
-
Baking with ovens and comfortable working in a warm, heat-exposed environment
-
Maintaining consistent product quality and presentation
-
Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
-
Working collaboratively and contributing to product development
