We are looking for an experienced baker or pastry chef with an interest in sourdough baking to join our team.

Starting August 2024, with the possibility of a small internship in June/July

 

This position involves a variety of responsibilities: 

 

• Organisation of the weekly production and maintenance of the sourdough

• Running the production and bakery with autonomy and efficiency

• Safety awareness 

• Lead other members of the team

• Attention to detail and quality control

• Desire and commitment to growth, creativity and teamwork
